A certified public accountant with more than 15 years of experience, Eric is a member in good standing of the Illinois Society of CPAs. A U.S. Navy veteran, Eric served during Operation Desert Storm in Iraq in the early 1990s and was recognized with the Navy Achievement Medal and Letters of Commendation. After completing his military service, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in accounting and business from DeVry University.
Eric began his accounting career working in accounts payable for PepsiCo and later worked for many years in accounts reconciliation for Volkswagen Credit in Libertyville, Ill. Over the years, he has dealt with more than 700,000 accounts, including lease accounts and ledgers.
His hobbies include golfing, playing guitar and motorcycle riding. He is active in a number of local Chambers of Commerce, including the McHenry Area Chamber, Richmond-Spring Grove, Round Lake Area, Barrington, Antioch, Kenosha and Waukegan Chamber of Commerce. Eric has gained a strong reputation among his customers as someone who is very knowledgeable and attentive to their accounting needs.
